I bought a belt on the website through a friend's recommendation. But after a few days, the price of the belt dropped. I tried to contact customer services and they actually got back to me the same day! And agreed to refund me the difference in price! Amazing! The customer service answers quickly. And they are very nice! I could feel through the conversation that they were very active in solving my problem.
The items I receive are all original and brand new. If you're still on the fence, then I can only tell you to go and buy it!
In the meantime, I will continue my shopping trip on Glamood.

I have returned a damage scarf and a coat that does not fit. I was sent a return label and rna and received 71.40E refund from a coat and scarf purchase for a total of 243.43E a difference of 172.06E, after all correspondence with customer service. I then posted a review regarding this issue and they had checked their records and found that it was a different item they issued the refund for. I got back all my refund today 3/8/23 !

Be patient with their customer service they always get back but may take time due to time difference.

Glamood is a great company with authentic products and great prices for people who like discounted designer stuff.

I was a little hesitant to order from Glamood as the reviews weren't good. I did though and they were great. The items was as shown and the price was great. Postage to New Zealand was reasonably priced and very fast. good communication. Will buy from them again.

Second order of men's Diesel ...this time with very good discount on already outstanding value. No hassle ...arrives in Devon , UK within a day of order. Lots of updates and map showing progress of D H L van. Definitely among the best online shopping experiences.

I am grateful that I got a code to offset the duties I had to pay for my order. However, I would have thought that they should have warned prospective customers more clearly that they would be paying duties. Other websites including YOOX are sorting the duties more proactively. Why is standard shipping £14 when most other Italy outlets are £9 or less. Finally, I bought a sunglasses of £170 that was delivered without case>>shocking

First of all, I had been searching for this hat high and low and couldn’t find it anywhere but found it on Glamood! I was a bit skeptical about ordering because of the mixed reviews but decided WTH, and placed my order and forgot about it. Within a few days, I received tracking notification for my order. I couldn’t believe how fast they were able to ship and I was updated several times about the progress of my order. When I received my hat, it was in pristine condition AND it was authentic! Thank you Glamood and I will certainly be ordering again.
