"Good deals, but stock can be frustrating"
From what I remember, the site was easy to use overall, and the prices were actually good. The annoying part was the stock. I had found a jacket I really liked, but by the time I got to checkout, my size was gone. I’ve noticed some things do come back later, so it’s not hopeless, but you definitely need a bit of patience.

"Arrived Way Faster Than Expected"

"Sizing is kind of hit or miss"
I ordered my usual size, but it ended up fitting smaller than I expected. The quality seemed decent overall, so that wasn’t the issue, but the sizing definitely felt a bit hit or miss. I wish the size guide had been more accurate because I ended up having to return it, which was annoying.

I was a little annoyed having to send it back, but the return was simple and the refund showed up quickly. Ended up feeling relieved about the whole thing.

"Seems legit, honestly"
I got the shoes and they’re definitely authentic, so no complaints there. Shipping was a little slow though, which was kind of annoying because I kept checking the tracking like, come on, just move already. But in the end, the shoes showed up and they’re legit, so I’d say it worked out.

glamood’s website is okay overall. It works fine most of the time, but browsing around can be a little annoying. The filters feel kind of messy, and a few pages took longer to load than I expected. I did eventually find what I needed, but it took more clicking around than I would’ve liked. Not a bad experience, just feels like the site could be a bit easier to use.

I bought a jacket from Glamood and it looks nice overall, but the fabric feels a bit thinner than I thought it would. It’s not bad, especially for around the price I paid, but I can’t say I’m super impressed either

"Decent deals, but the prices jump around"
I’ve found some good discounts on Glamood. Not always, though. Some stuff still feels expensive even when it’s marked down, which is kind of confusing. And then shipping gets added and suddenly the deal doesn’t look as great. Still, if you check back and wait for the right price, it can be worth it...

They have some really nice stuff and good brands, but I’ve noticed the size options aren’t always great. I was looking with my sister the other day and a lot of the things we liked were missing common sizes, which was a bit frustrating.

"No surprise customs fees..."
I ordered from Glamood and was a little nervous about customs or duty charges popping up later... but everything was shown clearly at checkout. When the parcel arrived, there were no extra fees, which was such a relief. Delivery was smooth too. Really happy with the order and I’d definitely shop there again.

I ordered from Glamood and, the tracking was easy to follow. They sent the updates by email and I could see where the package was, more or less step by step, without having to dig around. It showed up on the day they said it would, so that was all fine. Nothing complicated really, just a smooth order and I’d use them again.

"Fraud and fake"
I placed an order in July 2025and paid [£512]. The money was taken immediately, but I never received the items. I contacted Glamood several times for help and refund, but they have ignored my messages and have not returned my money.
This feels like a scam, and I strongly advise others to avoid buying from them. I am now forced to go through my bank/payment provider to recover my money and will be reporting the case to Action Fraud and Trading Standards.
Buyers beware – Glamood does not deliver on its promises and does not respect its customers
